WHO IS IT FOR

Every school is expected to teach First Nations histories, cultures and perspectives as part of the V9 Australian Curriculum and every state curriculum. Within the Australian Curriculum from Foundation to 6 there are 34 mandatory Content Descriptors that include First Nations content, along with a further 310 optional elaborations. These outcomes cannot be achieved through good intentions alone. Principals need to provide their teachers with classroom ready tools they can confidently use, otherwise we are setting teachers up to fail and the kids miss out.
